The Protocol Group is currently looking to connect with Hairdressing Lecturers, Assessors, Trainers and Industry Professionals across Leeds, Wakefield, Bradford and the surrounding areas of Yorkshire who may be interested in opportunities within Further Education Colleges.

We are proactively building our talent pool for the upcoming academic year and are keen to speak with candidates who have experience delivering:

• Hairdressing
• Men's Hairdressing & Barbering
• Hair Colouring & Colour Correction
• Styling & Finishing
• Hair Extensions
• Bridal & Occasion Hair
• Hair Science & Anatomy
• Salon Reception & Customer Service
• Apprenticeship Standards

These opportunities are expected to begin from September and may include both short-term and long-term assignments.

Various hours are available, including part-time and full-time positions. If you're looking for a permanent role, we'd still love to hear from you as we may be able to support with those opportunities too.

We are looking for people who have:

• Experience teaching, training or assessing learners aged 16+.
• Relevant industry experience within Hairdressing or Barbering.
• A teaching or assessing qualification (preferred but not essential).
• Experience delivering Hairdressing qualifications, apprenticeships or commercial salon training.
• Up-to-date industry knowledge and practical skills.
• A passion for supporting learners to develop their confidence and achieve their goals.
